Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Center Triage RN - Weekend Day.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs callers to appropriate levels of care and provides healthcare advice using assessment skills and protocols
• Facilitates coordination of care, ensuring completion of labs, studies, and referrals for patients
• Serves as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff while managing medical records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of experience in clinical acute care nursing
• 2 years of previous hospital experience
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
