A company is looking for a Logistics Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client cases in the ticketing queue, ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance
- Assist with product uploading, editing, and other data entry tasks to support the logistics team
- Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, order management, customer support, or data entry
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Zendesk or CRM/ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently within 30-45 days
- Experience with vendor/client communication preferred
- Experience in a warehouse environment or with warehouse management systems is a bonus
