Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage client cases in the ticketing queue, ensuring timely responses and SLA compliance
  • Assist with product uploading, editing, and other data entry tasks to support the logistics team
  • Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, order management, customer support, or data entry
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Zendesk or CRM/ticketing systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently within 30-45 days
  • Experience with vendor/client communication preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse environment or with warehouse management systems is a bonus
