Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hospitality Service Support Coordinator to assist in a high-volume procurement environment for hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Cvent platform for sourcing and provide customer service support for hospitality service requests
- Assist in the creation and submission of Request For Proposals (RFPs) and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Monitor travel processes and vendor performance, providing support and training to internal clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the hospitality industry and customer service
- Knowledge of basic hospitality terms and compliance monitoring
- Experience with technology platforms related to hospitality services
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
