Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Property & Casualty Wholesale Insurance division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones in a friendly and positive manner
  • Process inbound mail and assign work activities to team members
  • Assist licensed insurance advisors with insurance policy service tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
