A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Property & Casualty Wholesale Insurance division.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones in a friendly and positive manner
- Process inbound mail and assign work activities to team members
- Assist licensed insurance advisors with insurance policy service tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
