Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Analyst who will organize patient care and work with healthcare providers to ensure timely and cost-effective infusion services.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize patient care and collaborate with healthcare providers for infusion services
- Support supervisors with standardization of procedures and training
- Manage escalated issues and handle special projects as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Account Management or Case Management experience in healthcare, or 1 year of Medical Front office experience
- 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and develop solutions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
