Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Call Center Relationship Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to members via phone and written correspondence
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
• Support a sales and service environment aligned with the credit union's mission and values

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 1-3 years of sales and service experience, preferably in a call center
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST on Saturdays
