A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager, Digital and Media.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and operations teams for timely execution of advertising and offer programming
- Assist in training and onboarding customer teams to ensure strong adoption and engagement
- Manage weekly revenue reporting, forecasting, and analyze post-program results for presentation to retailers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in a Customer Success team within a marketing or advertising technology firm or retailer
- Knowledge of digital media, e-Commerce software, and business operations preferred
- Experience in promoting value through customer experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as V Look-ups and Pivot tables
