Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner, aligning solutions with customer business goals and driving value realization
- Lead the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Drive adoption of the platform through tailored engagement strategies and build long-term customer advocacy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage and grow large customer relationships in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer success strategies
- Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Planhat) is a plus
