A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to guide and train customers on using the broker portal and navigating the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital link between brokers and the operations team
- Support brokers with technical inquiries and ensure clients receive daily rate sheet distributions
- Lead training sessions for onboarding new brokers and manage broker information in Salesforce and LQB
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Some knowledge and working history within the mortgage/lending industry
- Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
- Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems
- Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision
