Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider relations and service interactions, including claims and provider portal support

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
• Intermediate level of computer literacy
• Beginner level of knowledge of healthcare terminology
