Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 IT User Support Specialist to provide remote support for a Health client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues and Tier 2 tickets within 48 business hours
  • Perform technical changes and production bug research
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 support
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2 years of related work experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required; alternatives include an associate's degree with 2 years of experience or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience
  • Must be a US Citizen without Dual Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance is required
