- Own the post-sale relationship, including deployment, onboarding, and renewals

Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years in Customer Success managing $2M+ in SaaS business
- Experience working with product, data, or engineering audiences
- Ability to move quickly and respond effectively in a startup environment
- Experience experimenting with AI to enhance customer success processes
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite leaders
