Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Guide customers in selecting benefit plans and maximizing their health plan value
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating online resources
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
- Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including occasional overtime and weekends
