Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - Korean & English) - Contract Role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service support to Korean and English-speaking clients via various communication channels
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues using Zoho Desk in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and generate daily reports on trends and service enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years supporting U.S.-based companies
- Proven experience using Zoho Desk or a comparable helpdesk platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Background in the technology and cryptocurrency industries is strongly preferred
