Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Professional Assistant to support a high-performing mortgage team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple loan files through origination, processing, underwriting, and closing
• Evaluate loan scenarios and ensure compliance while maintaining accurate files in Encompass
• Collaborate with borrowers, agents, and partners to provide an exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (processing, origination, title, escrow, or underwriting)
• Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, RD, and SAFE Act guidelines
• Proficient in Encompass, Optimal Blue, DU, LP, and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
