Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer/IT Helpdesk Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices for office and remote users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network connectivity issues
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding activities, including laptop setup and user account provisioning
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in desktop or IT helpdesk support within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS platforms and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience managing user accounts and access permissions using Active Directory and Entra ID
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions
- Must be based in Chennai and willing to work full-time on-site
