A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative who will support various departments to provide exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, CPG, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP order processing systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Focus on achieving team and organizational goals
