Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer service or operations, with 5 years in a management role
- Experience in managing high severity cases and decision-making authority for losses
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance management standards
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as required
