A company is looking for a Care Navigation Agent I to provide compassionate support to patients and clinicians in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries to enhance patient engagement
- Act as a liaison between patients and clinicians, ensuring accurate communication of critical information
- Provide technical support and assistance to patients navigating their care journey
Required Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience in customer support and/or patient-facing roles, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong technical skills and comfort with navigating multiple systems and sensitive data
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a passion for helping individuals through health journeys
- Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records are a plus but not required
- A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential communications
