Seasonal Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative (CX) for a seasonal part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and coworkers
• Actively manage the customer support conversation queue and answer inquiries in a timely manner
• Understand and articulate product information and uphold performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Intermediate computer and typing skills required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Knowledge of outdoor apparel/apparel preferred
