Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative (CX) for a seasonal part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and coworkers
- Actively manage the customer support conversation queue and answer inquiries in a timely manner
- Understand and articulate product information and uphold performance standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Intermediate computer and typing skills required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of outdoor apparel/apparel preferred
