Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case queues in accordance with customer agreements
  • Resolve technical problems and advocate for customer needs
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Support or DevOps
  • Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies
  • Familiarity with development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL)
  • Experience with Git repositories and understanding of branching strategy
