Key Responsibilities
- Manage case queues in accordance with customer agreements
- Resolve technical problems and advocate for customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical expertise and contribute to knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Support or DevOps
- Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies
- Familiarity with development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL)
- Experience with Git repositories and understanding of branching strategy
