Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers regarding retirement products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans through inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account information, plan design, and loan requests
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift between Monday and Friday from 7:30 am to 10 pm EST
- Bi-lingual opportunities available with a pay differential
