Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers regarding retirement products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement plans through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account information, plan design, and loan requests
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus but not required
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift between Monday and Friday from 7:30 am to 10 pm EST
  • Bi-lingual opportunities available with a pay differential
