Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - Licensed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming interactions from members, providers, and vendors within defined service protocols
- Resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and claims for members and providers
- Educate and counsel members and providers on various health plan information and follow up on tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Health and Life Insurance License
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Experience with medical terminology and/or insurance
- High School Diploma required; college education is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
