Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to support its Supply Chain Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a great customer experience by resolving concerns and issues to customer satisfaction
• Manage rental sales processes through inbound calls and outbound solicitations to attract new customers
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to maintain appropriate rental truck inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One year or more of experience in sales and/or customer service required
