Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II who will provide customer service to providers and support the inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and place incoming and outgoing calls, and respond to inquiries via voicemail and email
- Investigate and resolve issues for sales field, providers, and internal customers, managing complaints and escalating high-priority issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support the Clinical Study team with order entry and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related inbound/outbound contact center
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on exceptional customer experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
