Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II who will provide customer service to providers and support the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and place incoming and outgoing calls, and respond to inquiries via voicemail and email
  • Investigate and resolve issues for sales field, providers, and internal customers, managing complaints and escalating high-priority issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support the Clinical Study team with order entry and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related inbound/outbound contact center
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment focused on exceptional customer experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
