Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide support for Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving & Communications Systems (PACS) in medical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical inquiries related to RIS and PACS software products
- Participate in system administration duties and projects to enhance system performance and reduce downtime
- Educate customers on system use and develop new sales opportunities during interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Thorough understanding of RIS/PACS benefits and advantages
- Strong IT, networking, and computer skills
- Experience troubleshooting complex applications and software products
- BA/BS Degree and relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Linux, CCNA/CCNP)
- PACS/Radiology experience is a plus
