Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rapid Resolution Specialist (Tier 1 IT Help Desk).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client communications and determine problem severity
  • Log client issues and create service requests while providing status updates
  • Troubleshoot basic and intermediate technical issues and assign resources for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with two years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree
  • Previous IT experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and business collaboration tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in maintaining documentation and administrative procedures
