A company is looking for a Rapid Resolution Specialist (Tier 1 IT Help Desk).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client communications and determine problem severity
- Log client issues and create service requests while providing status updates
- Troubleshoot basic and intermediate technical issues and assign resources for resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with two years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree
- Previous IT experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and business collaboration tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in maintaining documentation and administrative procedures
