Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through live chats, emails, and phone calls
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting, preferably at a premium brand
- 1+ years of experience in building customer relationships and resolving complaints
- 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
