Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance A/R - Call Center Rep (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions through various communication channels and provide resolutions to inquiries
  • Perform insurance follow-up and research customer billing concerns to create necessary adjustments
  • Document actions and ensure compliance with quality measures and standards
Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • Associate Degree in customer service, business, or a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital or physical business office preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a call center with high call volume expectations
  • Knowledge of medical revenue cycle processes and insurance collection follow-up
