A company is looking for an Insurance A/R - Call Center Rep (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through various communication channels and provide resolutions to inquiries
- Perform insurance follow-up and research customer billing concerns to create necessary adjustments
- Document actions and ensure compliance with quality measures and standards
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree in customer service, business, or a related field preferred
- 1 year of experience in a hospital or physical business office preferred
- 1 year of experience in a call center with high call volume expectations
- Knowledge of medical revenue cycle processes and insurance collection follow-up
