Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading self-publishing and print-on-demand platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with locating orders, navigating the website, and resolving billing inquiries
- Provide timely and empathetic support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone)
- Meet performance metrics including number of tickets resolved, customer satisfaction scores, and response time targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience; SaaS industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with helpdesk tools such as FreshDesk or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Must be available to work onsite in the RDU area for the first week of training
- Contract position running from October 6th to January 30th
