Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse-Outpatient Triage-PRN-Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone nursing care, including post-op care and urgent patient needs
• Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring quality care delivery
• Conduct patient assessments and determine appropriate dispositions following the Nursing Process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is required
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required
