Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Specialty Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between account management and specialty pharmacy operations, resolving escalated issues
• Analyze payer complaints to identify trends and develop action plans for quality service maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification
• Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes and experience with ScriptMed
• Familiarity with PBM and major medical health plans
