A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Specialty Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between account management and specialty pharmacy operations, resolving escalated issues
- Analyze payer complaints to identify trends and develop action plans for quality service maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification
- Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes and experience with ScriptMed
- Familiarity with PBM and major medical health plans
