Application Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst for a hybrid contract position in the Energy Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day software support for the Cera system and manage access groups for compliance
• Support testing of Cera system workflows and assist with user training and communications
• Manage system access for personnel changes and build folder locations for teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience with document management systems such as Content Server or SharePoint
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
• Experience in compliance-related situations
• Familiarity with building and executing test plans
• Prior experience in a customer support role
