Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support specialist to assist and empower users through life-defining moments using their software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to users and companies, addressing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
- Document processes and collaborate with the Product Operations team to enhance product solutions
- Collect feedback and insights to contribute to the product development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain the Disability Management Employer Coalition's (DMEC) certification to become a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS)
- Experience in customer support, particularly in a technical or software environment
- Ability to work with data to drive insights and improvements
- Comfortable with technical concepts and legal frameworks related to leave management
- Availability to work from 9am - 6pm Arizona time
