Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Benefits Expert to provide specialized expertise on federal healthcare benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized expertise on federal healthcare benefits programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Develop and review training content related to healthcare benefits eligibility and enrollment processes
• Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations and privacy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or related field with 7+ years of federal healthcare experience
• Expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, COBRA, and other federal healthcare benefit programs
• Experience with healthcare policy implementation and benefits coordination
• Understanding of federal healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and benefits administration systems
• Certification in healthcare benefits administration (CEBS, CMS certification, or equivalent)
