Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Senior Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and define procedures for customer support based on needs and resources
- Coach and mentor IT Service Desk team members while providing technical support
- Respond to Service Desk tickets and deploy IT equipment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
- Experience in PC software and hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and Windows Operating Systems
- Understanding of endpoint security and best practices
- Certification may be required or substituted for education/experience
