Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and define procedures for customer support based on needs and resources
  • Coach and mentor IT Service Desk team members while providing technical support
  • Respond to Service Desk tickets and deploy IT equipment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
  • Experience in PC software and hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and Windows Operating Systems
  • Understanding of endpoint security and best practices
  • Certification may be required or substituted for education/experience
