Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager for a Patient Support Call Center position, which is remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
  • Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility
  • Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs and complete prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or similar patient services
  • Must currently be working on a current access or affordability project
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable
  • Fully competent in MS Office applications
