Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Manager for a Patient Support Call Center position, which is remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
- Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and coverage eligibility
- Assist patients with enrollment in copay assistance programs and complete prior authorizations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or similar patient services
- Must currently be working on a current access or affordability project
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desirable
- Fully competent in MS Office applications
