Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign performance strategies and insights, guiding clients on best practices and setting realistic goals
- Manage day-to-day client communication, building relationships and leading performance calls
- Monitor client health and revenue forecasting, identifying expansion opportunities and addressing challenges
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Client Success Manager or Project Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable business insights
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience working independently and as part of a remote team
