Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to work with mid-to-large enterprise accounts and drive successful client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop campaign performance strategies and insights, guiding clients on best practices and setting realistic goals
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, building relationships and leading performance calls
  • Monitor client health and revenue forecasting, identifying expansion opportunities and addressing challenges
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Client Success Manager or Project Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable business insights
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience working independently and as part of a remote team
