Bilingual Gulf Arabic Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English / Gulf Arabic Global Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a team member in the 24/7 Emergency Response and Assistance Center
• Coordinate medical assistance services for travelers experiencing emergencies
• Manage all aspects of domestic or international assistance cases from opening to closing

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Gulf Arabic
• 2+ years of customer experience in an office setting
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work variable hours in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
