A company is looking for a Functional Help Desk Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging and remediating tickets
- Handling ticket escalations
- Generating reports and conducting analysis of Help Desk activities
Required Qualifications
- One or more years' experience supporting software solutions for government
- Experience in developing SQL queries, preferred
- Experience in testing, training, and configuration management
- Experience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces
- A BA or BS degree, or currently working towards a degree, required
