A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support patient retention efforts through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to retain patients
- Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in collections activities or customer service
- Experience in a high volume, phone-based environment
