Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Call Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide indirect patient care by answering inbound clinical calls and guiding patients regarding laboratory results and medication refills
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments while adhering to patient needs and organizational guidelines
- Communicate basic patient information and forward complex inquiries to appropriate personnel for timely responses
Required Qualifications
- One year of call center experience or two years of customer service experience with multiple telephone lines
- Two years of experience in keyboarding and navigating multiple computer applications in a Windows environment
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program with 2-3 years of clinic experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
