Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Necessity Specialist - Medi Medi.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, send out, and obtain medical necessity documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain and update medical necessity information in the system to support the billing process
• Communicate with healthcare providers and manage documentation for patient equipment continuity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with a Medical Supply Company
• Knowledge of diagnosis and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the healthcare, medical, and/or HME industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
