A company is looking for a Telecommunicator II with high volume call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and punctual service while maintaining a private workspace
- Assist in mentoring new teammates and offer feedback on processes and tools
- Guide callers through processes, maintaining composure in challenging situations
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in the health contact center field
- At least 6 months of experience as a Telecommunicator I
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment
- Willingness to attain additional functional skills in omnichannel communication
