- Handle service requests, inquiries, and transactions for National Accounts clients
- Maintain customer relationships and enhance service functions to exceed expectations
- Document requests and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
- Must live and work in the US
