Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and monitors patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and documentation
- Provides professional customer service by verifying patient demographics and insurance information
- Maintains accurate physician schedules and assists with administrative support for the clinical team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful
- Experience with Navinet, ECW, or EPIC preferred
- One year of experience in a multispecialty group practice or healthcare system preferred
