Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service and support to patients throughout their healthcare journey
- Create and manage accurate referrals and applications in the customer relationship management platform
- Resolve patient inquiries and maintain detailed records while providing empathetic support
Required Qualifications
- High school education required
- 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
- Strong experience with Microsoft products and video conferencing tools
