A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the long-term vision for Customer Success, including customer journeys and engagement models
- Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to influence decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably with technical products
- Experience with technical products and familiarity with databases, particularly Postgres or SQL
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and lead diverse teams across different geographies
- Strong technical acumen to engage in discussions about infrastructure and architecture
- Ability to inspire confidence in executive settings while being hands-on with customer challenges
