Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential IT support and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service primarily through phone contact with end-users
- Respond to service desk calls, emails, and ticket requests regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, while supporting mobile devices and conference room technology
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm environment
- Experience in a Microsoft environment with familiarity in Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Dell hardware, printers, scanners, and computer peripherals
- Ability to communicate technical information to a diverse range of end-users
- Ongoing interest in personal and professional development and training
