Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative, IFP.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their applications and coverage details
- Track applications and resolve any outstanding requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive customer retention by recommending alternative plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of industry experience in a broker or insurance company
- Active Health License or ability to obtain within 4-6 months of employment
- Experience selling individual and/or Medicare insurance products via telephone is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
